About the webinar
Transformation has become a constant. AI, shifting business priorities, rapid growth and ongoing uncertainty are changing how people work, often faster than teams can adapt.
For HR leaders, the challenge is no longer just managing change, but creating the conditions for people to keep performing without sustained pressure turning into exhaustion. In this webinar, Alyx Gilham, Senior People & Culture Partner at HiBob, and Dr. Katharina Koch, Head of Psychology at nilo, combine practical HR experience with psychological expertise to explore what sustainable high performance looks like during periods of transformation.
Together, they will discuss how HR can spot overload before performance drops, strengthen leadership and psychological safety, create clarity and agency during uncertainty, and build cultures where ambitious performance and employee wellbeing reinforce rather than compete with each other.
